Our various ministries are meant to meet the needs of others and to give folks a chance to use their God-given gifts in serving other and building up the church.

Here is a list of ministries at Walnut Creek Church.

Children's Ministry  -  Sunday mornings: nursery, 3yr-1st grade, 2nd-5th grade

Youth Ministry  -  Junior High and Senior High on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm**

Young Adult Ministry - Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm**

Small groups  -  various times during the week

Music Team  - Sunday mornings

Nursing Home Ministry  -  one Tuesday night each month at Horizon Village Nursing Center

Walnut Creek Clothing Center  -  2nd and 4th Saturdays each month - see link to the left

Leadership Development  -  Becoming a Spiritual Leader Class on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm**

Missions Team  -  Increasing awareness of and involvement in missions at Walnut Creek

Men’s Breakfast  -  1st and 3rd Saturdays each month at Raptis Restaurant at 7:30am

Ladies’ Breakfast  -  2nd Saturdays each month at the Mains' at 9am

Ushers/Security  -  Ensuring a safe and friendly environment on Sunday mornings

Greeters 

Hospitality  -  Providing Meals for church families after surgeries, illnesses, or births

Set-up  -  Preparing the theater for our gatherings on Sunday mornings

Sound Team

Tech Team  -  Handling computer and projection-related work for Sunday mornings.

**These ministries are shared with our friends at First Baptist Church of Howland, who host these gatherings on Wednesdays at their building at 8957 East Market Street.
